So members have the freedom to enjoy the services to make friends and chat witht them etc., This T&C and the relationship between you and gocupids will be governed by the laws as applicable in India. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of New Delhi, India.

Refund Time 

If member dont wish you continue the services after purchase it, can place the request same time, later on complaint will not be entertained.  If we get a refund request, it will be processed in 5-7 days with date of cancellations.  

Important Refund Note:

In case no contact is established with the member(s) by gocupids central retention team for membership cancellation request the cancellation process will be put on hold till further contact can be established.

Cancellation/ refund will be processed only upon receipt/return incase of no use done the services after purchase.

In case there are multiple ongoing dialogues between gocupids.com and the member(s) there may be few instances wherein the time-frame committed to resolving a case may take longer than committed previously.
